To visualize a leader they admire and give feedback on that leader\u2019s style was much easier for them. This formed the basis for developing the World Leaders Game\u00ae by Lead2Sustain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the game<\/strong> <br \/>The purpose of the game is to enable you to identify your own leadership style and teach you how to give and receive constructive feedback. Not everyone is born with the ability or desire to become a football coach; not everyone is born with the ability to lead. Different personal traits and characteristics can help or hinder a person&#8217;s leadership effectiveness. Playing this game helps you to reflect on how you are leading and visualize how others are leading. It can be used in personal development as well as team development sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to use the game?\u2028<\/strong><br \/>The World Leaders Game\u00ae can be played for individual coaching and development or team-building sessions.
